DMCA Removal and Dispute Process When we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove the disputed content in accordance with the law. To ensure fairness, we may share the details of the takedown request, including the complainant's contact information, with the person who is accused. If you feel your content was wrongly removed, you can file a counter-notice which must include: a description of the removed content and where it was previously located, your name, mailing address, phone number, and email, a sworn declaration under penalty of perjury affirming that the content was removed due to a mistake, a statement consenting to legal proceedings, and your signature. If the counter-notice is valid, we may restore the content unless the complainant initiates legal action.
